The Texas Bad Bunnies coaching staff is dedicated to developing the whole athlete, building technical softball skills, competitive instinct, and character. Our coaches model the effort, encouragement, and positivity we expect from our players, creating a culture where every athlete is empowered to grow.
BRAILEY WASIK
COACH
Elite-level pitching and hitting specialist with four years of Division 1 experience at Sam Houston State. A two-way player ranked 13th nationally her freshman year, Coach Brailey earned WAC Hitter of the Week (2023) and 2nd Team All-WAC (2023). She brings championship-level instruction and mentorship to every athlete.
ROBERT URIBE
CO-MANAGER / COACH
Co-founder overseeing tournament coordination and program branding. Coach Robert coaches outfield and brings operational excellence to every competition, ensuring our athletes compete at the highest level.
JOHN (JQ) QUINTANILLA
CO-MANAGER / COACH
Co-founder and organizational strategist for the Texas Bad Bunnies. Coach JQ directs program vision and strategy while coaching catchers and infielders, developing athletes' foundational skills and game awareness.
COLBY PALI
COACH
In-game strategist who manages situational softball and competitive mentality. Coach Colby teaches athletes to stay composed under pressure and make instinctual decisions when it matters most.
